LTT Vending Announce Publication of Talking Books.

LTT Vending is pleased to announce the publication of the first three sponsored Talking Books, for its designated charity, the RNIB’s Talking Books Service.

It costs £4 million a year to run the Talking Books Service which provides over 39,000 members with a library of over 18,000 unabridged audio books. Each book is brought to life by professional narrators or the author.

Fewer than one in twenty titles published in the U.K. are available in a format blind and partially sighted people can read. The publication of The First Little Fairy, The Secret of Hunter’s Keep and Chosen, are welcome editions to the RNIB’s Children’s Talking Book library.

LTT Vending has very strong links to the RNIB as their Chairman, Michael Levi, is himself partially sighted and uses the RNIB’s Talking Books Service. In addition to LTT’s charitable events this year; they have also pledged to match  £ for £ money raised by staff for the RNIB, during individual fund raising events.
